Help with Care is being built as a neighbourhood care coordination service, launching in South West London. At present, this website is informational. It describes the service as it is being developed, and allows you to register your interest, as a resident, carer, provider, or organisation.
Registering your interest does not create a service agreement or entitle you to any specific service; it means we will contact you as the service develops.
Help with Care is not an emergency service. This website, and registering with Help with Care, does not replace emergency medical or care services. If you or someone you are concerned about needs urgent help, call 999, or 111 for urgent but non-emergency medical advice.
Help with Care is an assistive service. We help you communicate and coordinate with the professionals and people already involved in your care, faster and more clearly than you might manage alone, but we do not take over responsibility for your care, and we do not make care or treatment decisions on your behalf. You, or the person you care for, remain responsible for your own care and the decisions involved in it.
We work on a best endeavours basis. Our aim is to accelerate and improve the flow of information between you and your providers, not to change, override, or take over the care or treatment those providers give. If something goes wrong with the care itself, that responsibility sits with the professional or organisation providing it, not with Help with Care. Our role is limited to helping that communication happen better and faster than it otherwise would.
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, particularly as the service is still being developed and details may change. We do not guarantee that everything on this site is complete, current, or error-free, and we will correct anything brought to our attention.
Where this website lists or describes providers, this reflects information the provider has given us. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of any provider's service, and it remains your responsibility to satisfy yourself of a provider's qualifications and suitability before relying on their services.
